WHAT WE COLLECT: To run Stallr for your building, we collect and store: your email address (for sign-in and booking notifications), your first and last name (shown to neighbors as your first name and last initial), your phone number when you book or list a spot (shared with the other neighbor on that booking as soon as a booking request exists between you, so you can coordinate before payment), your guest's license plate when you book a spot (shared with that spot's owner), your parking spot number if you list one (kept private until a booking is paid and confirmed), your Interac e-transfer email if you list a spot (shared only with whoever books it), and the timing/history of your listings and bookings.

WHO SEES WHAT: Neighbors only ever see your first name and last initial (e.g. "Sam T.") and license plate for the specific booking you're transacting on — never your full last name, and never posted publicly or shown to the whole building. Your phone number is shared with that same specific neighbor once a booking request exists between you, so you can confirm with each other before any money moves. The Stallr operator (the individual who privately runs this app, not the building or its management) can access your name, email, and spot number to verify spot ownership claims and keep the app running.

NOT COLLECTED: We don't collect or store any actual payment details — all payments happen directly between neighbors via Interac, outside this app.
